Virginia’s Jam Fish 2016

Mount Sidney, VA – You gotta love the fall weather in the air, and at least here on the East Coast, summer is finally packing it’s bags for the season. And it’s just in time for another chill festival here in Virginia.

The second annual Jam Fish Festival drew guests and acts from several states this Labor Day weekend including the Coteries (pictured) from New Jersey. The two day event takes place on 2 Pond Farm in rural Virginia, drawing several hundred enthusiastic fans and over 25 roots/Americana/Folk Rock acts.
Festival promoters Emily Kresky and Ryan Garst say they do it “for the love of music,” and, “as a way to jam with all the friends they make throughout the year,” while playing with their bands The Travilin’ Hillbillies, and Together SOUL.
Craft beer, and several food trucks, along with optional camping make this festival one to put on your radar for 2017. It’s a good bet this cool little fest won’t stay little for long.
